Montecarotto is a village nestled in the hills between the Esino and the Misa valleys, half an hour by car from Senigallia and Fabriano, twenty minutes from Jesi and fifty from Ancona, the capital of Marche. It’s a medieval village with a current population of about two thousand people. over the centuries it was enriched by the 16th-century castle walls and the beautiful 18th-century palaces, heritage of the rich families of the time. with this festival, art shows and performances from around the world, we aim to instill new life in the village and enhance the beauty and riches that distinguish it.
On festival day, screens will be placed in several village squares, where the participating videos will be projected and accompanied by live music. Wondering through medieval cellars and picturesque corners, you’ll also be able to appreciate art exhibitions and displays.
